Q1:How to upgrade to Pro version?
Click the 'Upgrade to Pro' button in the extension options page and choose a suitable subscription plan to enjoy Pro features.
Q2:Is cloud backup data secure?
Absolutely secure! Cloud backup uses your own Google Drive account for storage. We cannot access any of your data, ensuring privacy and security.
Q3:What's the difference between Free and Pro versions?
Main differences include tag quantity (5 vs unlimited), recycle bin retention (3 vs 30 days), cloud backup versions (1 vs 10), and device sync (single vs unlimited devices).
Q4:Will data be lost after canceling subscription?
No! Your bookmark data is always stored locally. Canceling subscription only removes Pro features, you can continue using the Free version.
Q5:How to import existing bookmarks?
FindMark automatically reads Chrome browser bookmarks, no manual import needed. To import from other browsers, first import to Chrome then use FindMark.
Q6:How to use the tag feature?
Right-click on a bookmark and select 'Manage Tags' to add, edit, or remove tags. Use #tagname when searching to quickly filter.
Q7:Where is the recycle bin?
Find the 'Recycle Bin' option in the extension options page to view, restore, or permanently delete deleted bookmarks.
Q8:Which browsers are supported?
Currently supports Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers. Chrome 88+ version is recommended.
Q9:What is Private Space and how to use it?
Private Space is an end-to-end encrypted secure area for sensitive bookmarks. Right-click a bookmark and select 'Move to Private Space', then set a 6-digit password. Bookmarks in Private Space won't appear in your browser and can only be accessed after unlocking in the extension, ensuring complete privacy.
